Dura-GRIT Return Policy

Any product that you wish to return, MUST be clearly marked with a Return Authorization Number, clearly marked beside your name and address on a letter outlining the reason for the return, inside the package. Call in advance: 416-447-4354, or email: sales@duragrit.com for a Return Authorization Number, outlining the reason that you are returning the product.

You may return any Dura-GRIT product delivered to you within 30 days of the date of shipping to our contact address at your own cost and risk. Any sum debited to us from your credit card will be refunded to your account as soon as possible, PROVIDED THAT the goods are returned in the same condition that were shipped to you in.

Dura-GRIT Complaints Procedure

State clearly your complaint or problem.
We will acknowledge your correspondence by return, and try to resolve the problem within 3 days.
